Firm Honored Once Again by National Affordable Housing Management Association

FOURMIDABLE, one of the most active companies nationwide when it comes to managing affordable housing units, is once again on the 'Affordable 100' List of companies recognized by the National Affordable Housing Management Association.

FOURMIDABLE has been on the list for five years running, with last year's ranking being #116. In the past, they have won a spot on the ranking list due to their Low Income Tax Credit Development and Public Housing contracts.

This year, the firm is #113 on the NAHMA list, which is 3 places higher than last year.

FOURMIDABLE has seen significant growth since its founding in 1975, as it has managed various types of housing, including luxury conventional apartments, public housing, condominiums and commercial properties. Today, it manages more than 90 properties.

NAMHA works on behalf of multifamily property managers and owners, serving as a leading voice for affordable housing management. The “Affordable 100” list ranks the largest affordable multifamily property management companies in the United States based on the total number of subsidized units managed. Each company must manage housing units that qualify for at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Assistance, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, USDA Section 515, or Bonds.
